BEHIND THE SCENES
I was a selected charity runner for Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge in 2013 for my first attempt at completing a marathon. I was able to raise in excess of $15,000 for the organization through friends and family. I was stopped short of completing my goal by less than ¾ of a mile to go due to the unfortunate situation of the 2013 Marathon Bombings. The Boston Marathon Association invited all those runners who were not able to cross the finish line the following year, where I was able to achieve my goal.
ABOUT
DEAN
I attended the University of Maine where I received my B.S. in Business Administration. I have an OSHA 10 Certification and my Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License. I am a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and I also serves as a member of the Design Review Board for the Town of York, ME.

When not at On Point, I enjoy boating, fishing and spending time with my wife and two children in York, ME.
WHY
ON POINT
I formed On Point Consulting Group in early 2019 after spending 21 years in operational and leadership roles within Northeast Construction Management Firms. During that time, I saw a growing need for clients to have an experienced construction advocate who would work tirelessly on their behalf and allow them to focus on their respective businesses. Grounded in that need, On Point’s values mirror my own: Collaboration, Commitment, Relationships, and Results.
My broad experience includes projects of all sizes and scopes across multiple market sectors including; Industrial, Distribution, Manufacturing, Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Retail, Hospitality, and Automotive. From new group-up construction builds to renovations of existing buildings of various size and scale, I leverage deep expertise to meet client needs.
As your project advocate, I will work closely with you to deliver the highest level of service and expertise while ensuring your project’s success. I’m committed to quickly building trust and confidence that your interests are being fully represented. Repeat client business is at the foundation of what I have built at On Point.
